At the Mississippi School for Math and Science students are enjoying a class called Blast Off. The class is for students who are interested in Newton’s law applied to rockets.The student’s use mathematical tools to measure how high the rockets flew.
“ We are learning the history of rockets and we are also talking about Newton’s Laws and we are going to build water rockets, ” said Braeden Foldenauer , a camp counselor.
By the end of the week the class’s goal is to build and launch a model rocket on Friday.
