Mu Alpha Theta Mathematics Tournament

The MSMS branch of Mu Alpha Theta hosts an annual Mathematics Tournament each spring for high school students across the state.  The event features ciphering competitions, written tests, a mini-interschool competition, and a potpourri round. Students can compete in Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and/or Calculus. Historically, over 600 students have participated each year, representing roughly thirty different high schools from all corners of the state. The event concludes with an awards ceremony honoring both individual contributors and teams across all categories of the competition.
