The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science swim teams turned in an outstanding performance at the 2026 MHSAA North Half Swim Meet on October 3 at the Delta State University Aquatic Center, with both the girls and boys teams earning Class 1 North Half championships.
The Blue Waves brought home the Class 1 trophy in both divisions after recording the highest point totals among all Class 1 teams competing at the North Half meet.
The accomplishment sends both MSMS teams to the 2026 MHSAA Swim Championships, which will be held October 17 at the Tupelo Aquatic Center. The Blue Waves will compete against the state’s top teams as they continue their pursuit of a state championship.
