On Thursday, February 29, 2024, 333 of Mississippi’s brightest mathematicians took part in the annual Mu Alpha Theta Math Tournament hosted by the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science.
Over fourteen public and private schools from all over Mississippi participated in the event. The tournament consisted of written tests, team ciphering, and potpourri competitions. All competitions were uniquely designed and scored by our MSMS Mu Alpha Theta chapter.
Awards were presented to the top schools in their respective category.
