Anonymous Reporting Tool
Thank you for taking time to submit this request. As a reminder, we encourage students to discuss issues with one another and attempt to resolve them. If this is not possible, we ask students to report the issue to a staff member in person or by email. Students who are uncomfortable with that can submit through this online anonymous reporting tool. All responses will remain anonymous, even if you provide your name. Only the MSMS Directors will have this information. In some cases, only the Executive Director will know the names since the reports come to her. Providing your name makes the report more credible and allows us to follow up for additional details. Reports with no names take more time to confirm.
